Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit in store with proof of purchase. For returns on items shipped outside of Trinidad and Tobago, items can be shipped back to our Long Circular Mall address. A refund will be issued for the price you paid for the items not including shipping cost. All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items.Â
Return of goods may be within 14 days in its original state with all labels and tags accompanied by proof of purchase. ALL returned or exchanged items MUST be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Shoes must be returned in the original box unworn and in good condition. For sanitation purposes All jewellery and undergarments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
